Meet the actors
We'd like to introduce you to some of our regular actors.
Alex Lanham. Alex is not only an accomplished actor. He has excelled as a ballroom dancer, compere and stand up comedian. He is currently the President of the Arts Theatre - Brisbane's oldest and most prestigious Community Theatre. He has directed many of the plays for Pan Theatre and has appeared in several. His most notable Pan roles are the bumbling Judge Weston in Gordon Daviott's Remember Caesar and the frenetic Waiter in Blind Date by Mal Andersen.
Lauren Horner. A relative newcomer to the ensemble, Lauren brings a coquetish charm to the role of Christine in The Stepmother, Arnold Bennett's 1930's farce about a lady novelist. Christine is secretary to the novelist whose stepson is in love with Christine.
Lauren has experience as a director and has appeared in both stage and movie productions. She also teaches children's acting classes.
Chris Chambers. Having deserted his native New Zealand, Chris's sonorous tones are now an asset for Pan Theatre. He has appeared in theatre, movies and commercials both in Australia and New Zealand. His Pan Theatre roles to date have included a solicitor intent on Suicide in Inconvenient People by Paul Hannah and Dr Gardner in The Stepmother by Arnold Bennett.
